We collect information about you when you fill in an enquiry form, register with us as a member of the club or place an order for products or services. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions.
How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you to follow up on enquiries placed in our contact form, to process your membership, manage your membership and, if you agree, to email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you. Shoden will not share your information for marketing purposes with companies outside the UKSKO association.
How long will we keep your information?
If you make an inquiry through our website we will follow up and provided the information requested. We will follow up with a phone call at a a later date. If after one month you do not become a member we will delete your details and they will not be shared with anyone or used for marketing purposes.
If you become a member we will retain your details only for such time that you are an active member. If you decide to cancel your membership we will delete your details within one month of you notifying us of the cancellation.
Marketing
We would like to send you information about products and services of ours and other clubs in our association which may be of interest to you, such as Summer courses or Gradings. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at a later date. You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your information to other members of the UKSKO association.
If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please e-mail admin@shoden.club and you will be removed from our mailing list.
Access to your information and correction
You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information please email us. We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.
